Spent my Christmas break in Zakopane and found a great place to stay. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to all the main attractions and with stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel had a few drawbacks. The parking was limited and difficult to access, especially during peak times.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city break! It was really easy to get around and see all the sights. I also appreciated the friendly staff, they were always ready to help with any questions we had. the room we stayed in had a great view of the surrounding area and was very comfortable.
I have to say that our experience at this hotel wasn't what we expected. the room was not as clean as we had hoped and the noise coming from other guests was very disturbing.
